Content Marketing Specialist
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Description: You will be the voice of Jesoko. Plan, create, and manage content that educates, inspires, and connects with our audience. From blog posts to email campaigns, product descriptions to social media storytelling — your words will shape how Kenya sees us.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in digital content creation, SEO best practices, and social media engagement. A creative mind and a sharp wit are essential.
Sales Representatives (10 Positions)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Description: Join our sales force and become a champion for customers. Sell in-store and online, meet sales goals, offer product advice, and make each interaction a reason customers choose Jesoko again and again.
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in customer-facing roles preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a hunger to succeed required.
Order Fulfillment Specialists (3 Positions)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Job Description: You will ensure that every customer order is processed accurately, packed with care, and delivered with speed. Behind every great shopping experience is a smooth operation — that's you.
Qualifications: Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent. Hands-on experience in warehouse or order processing is highly advantageous. Attention to detail and a solutions-driven mindset a must.
Customer Support Representatives (4 Positions)
