Jesoko Shipping Policy
At Jesoko, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Our shipping options ensure flexibility, affordability, and reliability across Kenya. Below, you’ll find detailed information about our delivery methods, timelines, fees, and additional policies.
Order Processing
- Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi).
- Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
- Transit Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Total Delivery Time: 1–6 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery Methods
1. Door Delivery
- Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the first delivery attempt.
- Our delivery team will make two attempts over two days (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to deliver your order.
- If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be canceled.
2. Pickup Stations
- You will receive an email, SMS, or call once your order is ready for pickup.
- Please collect your order within 5 days to avoid cancellation.
Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are based on the total value of your order:

Additional Information
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
